Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — Estimated delivery 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Dekstylez is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at derrikforreal@yahoo.com with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dekstylez is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
